Description
This bag was designed to help trials and new members learn what each punch is called and where each punch should land, as well as help more advanced members visualize an opponent when they're working the heavy bag.

Care
Wash Cold: Always use cold water to prevent shrinking and keep colors from fading.
Turn Inside Out: Protect the screen print or embroidery by turning the garment inside out before washing.
Skip the Dryer: Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. High heat is the enemy of performance fabrics and custom logos.
Avoid Bleach: Use mild detergents only. Harsh chemicals will break down the fibers of battle-tested gear.
Do Not Iron Prints: If you must iron, use a low setting and avoid any direct contact with the logos or designs.
